The Le Creuset Shallow Casserole is one of our best selling pieces, a mix of the technology that gives us 3-ply but with a non-stick coating for super quick clean up and easy cooking! Le Creuset 3-ply is tough, durable and resistant to wear and abrasion. It has the latest multi-layering technology where stainless steel and aluminium are bonded together to form the special 3-ply material so the heat spreads evenly and efficiently throughout the whole pan. It also has a rather fantastic precious-point rim which allows for easy and clean pouring from any point on the rim, the laser etched capacity marking inside the pan help to make measuring easy.
