Delivery Information

Abraxas offer FREE standard delivery on all orders* over £50 (UK Mainland only).

Christmas Delivery -

The last date to place orders for delivery before Christmas is Tuesday the17th December for fulfilment on or before Friday the 20th December using Royal Mail 24 Hour Tracked services. We will continue to pack and send order after this date but pre-Christmas delivery is not guaranteed. 

We aim to despatch all orders with 4 working days of order placement (this includes weekends as waiting days). All available stock on our website is a combination of all our stores. This gives our customers a wilder selection and higher quantity of available stock, however is means we can not always despatch on day of ordering, but we will send your order as soon as possible. We will contact you if we can't meet the above time scale. Please feel free to send us an email or message if you have any time restrictions and we will do our best to meet them for you.

*Charges apply to some special offer items where we can’t absorb the delivery cost due to the offer. This will be clear on the product page.

 

Click and Collect

We now offer Click and Collect from all our locations. Currently we aim to have items ready within 2 - 4 days however if we have the items available at the location you wish to collect from your order will be ready within hours. Once your order has been picked and checked we will send an email to let you know it's ready to collect. You must bring your order confirmation and either a form of ID or the payment card. Any age restricted items need to be collected by someone over the age of 18, by law we have to ID anyone who looks under the age of 25, please don't be offended if we do ID you. Please contact us if you have any queries regarding stock levels at your local branch using the 'Chat' or call 01327 341080 to speak to us, we are open on this number Monday to Sunday 10am - 5pm. 

Le Creuset - we hold a good level of stock but due to the large range we sometimes need to order in specific pieces directly from Le Creuset, this can take 5-10 working days. We will let you know if we need to order any pieces in for you.

We will make every effort to ensure that the products featured on our website are in stock so that orders can be processed and dispatched quickly and efficiently. We will endeavour to contact you as quickly as possible if a product is out of stock or unavailable. Having contacted you there are three options available:

  • cancel your order
  • choose an alternative product that we have in stock
  • maintain your original order and we will despatch it as soon as it comes back into stock

Shipping of certain specialist items may take slightly longer. We will contact you and await instruction in this instance.

You are very welcome to contact us to get a confirmed delivery date before placing you order and we will do our very best to help you. Delivery charges will be displayed prior to completion of your order.

Our Delivery Options: 

  1. FOR ORDERS OVER £50
    Standard UK delivery is FREE to UK Mainland postcodes only.
  2. FOR ORDERS UNDER £50
    Standard UK delivery is £4.95 to UK Mainland postcodes only.

Our Delivery Exceptions:

Our delivery charge outside UK Mainland i.e. the Channel Islands is £6.95.

As from the 8th December 2024 are are no long accepting orders to be delivered to Northern Ireland due to General Safety and Product Regulations (GSPR)

We are sorry that we are unable to accept orders outside the UK.

Further Delivery Information

We use specified carriers who deliver Monday to Friday between 7.30am and 6pm, though times may vary.

If there is no-one in when we deliver, each time an attempt is made, our courier will leave a card at the delivery address confirming they have tried to deliver. Please follow the instructions on the card to rearrange delivery or collect your order.

We reserve the right not to deliver an order if we believe the address is not secure. If this affects your order we will contact you as soon as possible by email or telephone.

All orders with a medium or high risk fraud alert are automatically cancelled and refunded. We will email you to inform you of this and give another option to place your order. This policy is to protect our business and customers.
